Our data collection philosophy is minimal. Because the App operates primarily on a "local storage" model, most of your sensitive business data never leaves your device.

A. Personal Data (That stays on your device)
We do not collect, transmit, or store on our servers the specific content you enter into the App, such as:

Your client lists and their contact details.

Invoice details (prices, items, descriptions).

Your business logo and signature.

This information is stored locally on your mobile device.

B. Information Collected by Third Parties
While we do not store your data, certain trusted third-party service providers may collect non-identifying information to facilitate the App's functionality:

Financial Data: We do not process payments directly. All financial transactions (subscriptions) are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect your payment information (e.g., credit card number) to process the transaction. We only receive a confirmation that a payment was made.

Usage & Analytics Data: We may use third-party tools (such as Firebase, App Store Connect) to collect anonymous data about how the App is used (e.g., crash logs, screen time, button clicks) to help us improve performance and fix bugs.

Device Information: Information about your mobile device, such as your mobile device ID (IDFA), model, and manufacturer, and operating system version.

3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Since we do not access your user-generated content (invoices), our use of data is limited to:

Managing your subscription status (verifying if you are a Premium user).

Sending you administrative notifications (e.g., updates to terms).

Improving the efficiency and operation of the App via anonymous analytics.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information strictly in the following situations:

By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share anonymous aggregated data with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, such as data analysis and payment processing.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please remember that the security of the data entered into the App depends largely on the security of your specific mobile device. We encourage you to use password protection or FaceID/TouchID on your device to prevent unauthorized access to your invoices.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
